Triceps curls are a great exercise to tone your body in water aerobics. Normally when you're outside of the water, tricep curls would not look like this, this is a bicep curl outside of the water. Inside of the water this would be considered a tricep curl. So what you do is stand either shoulder width apart or one foot in front of the other, breathe in and exhale. When you exhale you want to feel your triceps, which is the back of the arm, working. You can use weights that are light, weights that are medium, weights that are heavy. There are all different kind of weights you can use so pick the ones that match your ability level. You can do one at a time. Make sure you keep breathing and exhaling through the motion. So this is tricep curl. Very easy move to do in the water. You can do it in shallow or deep water. This is good for toning the back of the arms.
