Dancing is a great way to get some cardiovascular exercise in the pool. Zumba is becoming very popular in the pool right now. This is a move that I do in my Latin fusion classes for the water. It's called disco arms. You want to get your hips moving side to side in the water.
You're going to add in your arms. So you're going to keep your arm in the water and we're going to go here and there.
So this is disco arm. Get funky with it. It's great to have disco music to go along with your disco arms. Then we're going to switch. So we're going to do the other side.
So that is disco arms. It's very easy to do and it's a great workout for your whole entire body.
