Hips circles is a really great move that you can use as a warm up or you can use it to really exercise and get your cardiovascular heart rate up. So, you can use it as a beginning step just to loosen up you hips. Okay. Sometimes I do this right in the beginning when I warm up. You want to make sure that you reverse your direction. Another way you can do hip circles is to make them smaller and faster. You can use your shoulders and your back. Okay. This one's a little bit harder. I usually do it for a minute. And it's really great for your middle, your core. Another way that I'll do hip circles is that I will combine it with pumps. Pumps are just like this. You want to pull your stomach in. Okay. So, we're pumping, you're using your arms. Make sure that you keep them in the water, and we circle it. You can even circle your arms with it if you want. Okay? And reverse. And pump. So, combine the moves. And it's really fun. You can even move it forward with the pump. Okay? This is really great for your core. It's good for toning and it's good for burning calories.
