Officer: It's not often you get them this easy. Driver left his car behind and hoofed it.

Phelps: Any witnesses?

Officer: None of them saw the crash but, by the blood, I'd say the driver can't be too far.

Phelps: Did anyone see where the driver went?

Witness: I saw a guy run up that alley.

Phelps: He's hiding around here somewhere, I know it.

William: Just stay away from me, God damn it! I mean it! Get back!

Man: Come on, then. Give it to him, Phelps.

Phelps: Come back here. You're not getting off that easy.

William: I only fell asleep for a second. I've never had any trouble like this before, Officer. Never ever!
