I'm going to show you how to make spicy mayo, everybody's favorite sauce.
I have mayonnaise here, and a little bit of sesame oil. Not too much, but just a touch. Then, hot sriracha sauce. How much you want to put depends on how hot you want it to be. If you want it to be very, very spicy, you can add more. If you want it milder, you can add less. You just mix it up.
This sauce you can use this sauce for spicy tuna, spicy salmon rolls, or any kind of roll you'd like to put it on. Of course, this is not the traditional Japanese sauce. It is an American fusion-style sauce, but everyone loves it, and I like it also.
