Underarm hair is obviously something that we want to make sure that is pretty much always gone. The reason being, let's be honest, it's in the summer time at the beach, but then there's also in the winter with the strapless dresses.
And you never want to be running out and saying, "Oh my G**, my underarm hair." So I usually prefer a permanent option with the underarm hair. But there are other options also.
There is shaving and waxing. Because of the multiple follicles in the hair under the underarms and the way it grows in different directions, I always suggest a shave. It's very difficult to get a very clean underarm wax.
I personally have found that waxing is not the greatest option for your underarms. And the reason why I say that is because if it's very coarse, underarm hair tends to grow in so many different directions and they also tend to have multiple hair follicles per pore.
So what I tell people is to get a very close shave. Make sure you're using a razor that has multiple blades on it, exfoliate under your arms in the shower, and then go ahead and shave in the opposite direction of the hair growth.
