So, the important thing here to remember is as you're rolling forward, you want to sink with your knees and put one hand between your feet and then, as you let yourself down, slowly think of absorbing all your force on your elbow, your shoulder and across the diagonal of your back and onto one side of your pelvis as you're getting up into your stance. Go from here, again, letting yourself down with your legs, putting the hand through, absorbing the shock, hunch the shoulder, and then ending up on your feet. That was demonstration of zenpo kaite.
