There's a move you can do in water aerobics that's a very basic move. It's called touching your foot in front. You can do it with weights or without weights, in the shallow water or the deep water. OK. So, it looks like this. You're gonna pick up our foot and touch it. Now, don't worry if you can't actually touch your foot, OK. As long as you reach, that's all that counts. This is working the inside and outside of your thigh and, when you use your weights, it actually works your arms too. So, it's a great move just to warm up to. Do it in the shallow end or the deep end with a belt and I would use this move when I'm super setting or combining moves so I would actually combine it with touching foot in back move. So, I would do about a minute in front and then, a minute in back, it’s a really great workout for toning. It's very simple. It's very slow. So, touching foot in front is good for your inner and outer thighs and sometimes, your arms and you can do it for about a minute, combining moves for a warm-up.
