So we're going to be learning another fun dance move which is called the Nuh Linga. Damien and Slim Sexy is going to demonstrate the Nuh Linga.
So with the Nuh Linga you start with the legs and what you're doing is extending the leg out, the right leg, whichever leg you start out with you extend that leg out and you're going to twist your feet and end up on the ball of your heel. So extend the leg out and twist the feet and on the ball and twist on the ball, and twist on the ball. You're going to rotate your, you're going to move your hips from right to left and now you're going to add the arms.
So with the arms you're just swinging back and forth like what they're doing right now. And with the Nuh Linga you're moving every single body part all in sync at the same time. So you can add the head, add some head movements to it as well so you're moving the head, the arms, your waist, your legs, and your feet all at the same time. Nuh Linga. So you can bring it down low, have fun with it, bring it low, extend those legs and twist the ball of your feet, rotate those arms from side to side.
Nuh Linda. Nuh Linga the dance is also a term used by Jamaicans meaning not to waste time or to idle. You know what I mean. So that's basically how the dance Nuh Linga, not to waste time. The attitude of the dance is to not waste time. No waste time. Nuh Linga.
So all these dance hall moves always has a story to it. So when you're doing it you know have fun with it, feel it live it.
