Now with the My Space there is a lot of leg work, feet work. So what you are doing is rotating your legs back and forth and criss-crossing it. So you make sure that you are on your tip-toes, so you tip toe in, My Space in, back and forth, so you're crossing your legs back and forth and make sure you slouch down a little bet so you get a little bend in your knees when you're doing the My Space, and make sure you stay on your toes.
