Shampoos for hair loss is often a confusing topic for many people. First of all people get concerned that if they shampoo my hair and they notice that they have hair loss, they feel that it's the shampooing process that's causing the problem. So what they do is they wait and skip shampooing until every other day, or every third day, or every fourth day. What happens is it's natural to shed 100 to 150 hairs a day.
If you have long hair in particular and you don't shampoo on a regular basis, you're just going to accumulate that loss. So it's almost a vicious cycle that you create. So if your hairs not too dry you should shampoo on a regular basis, daily.
If your hair is dry and brittle then perhaps you can cut back to every other day. But it's important to cleanse the hair but still restore its, nutrients and seal the water into the hair follicles. So you want to use good shampoo, one that feels good on your scalp, but there's no miracle shampoos out there right now.
If you do have a condition such as Seborrheic Capitis, or Seborrheic Dermatitis, which is more commonly known as dandruff, you can impede the growth of the hair follicles. In these instances you want to use and anti-dandruff shampoo. A couple of good ones are Nirzoral shampoo, which also happens to be an anti-androgen shampoo, so it can be beneficial for the hair loss, as well as just intensive formula Head & Shoulders. These are two products that work well for fighting the dandruff that allows your hair to grow naturally
