This is Jodan No Kamae. Your weight is firmly on your rear foot, about 70%. Your front foot has about 30% of your weight, and the sword is held firmly over the top of your head. It can be back, straight back, or 45 degrees, even straight up and down. And primarily this stance is used for attack or defense in many different Kenjutsu techniques.
