The next stance is chudan no kamae. Essentially you are pointing the sword straight through your midsection or the opponent's midsection. And your weight is again seventy percent on the rear and thirty percent on the front foot. Stance looks like this from the side. And again this is primarily defensive posture but can also be used for attacking. And this is chudan no kamae.
