How to Do Knee-Strengthening Exercises with a Bosu Ball

So this is a bosu ball, and this is a pretty basic move that I’m going to show you. One that you might want to start with if this is your first time being on a bosu ball. So you just literally put one foot in the middle, you want to make sure it’s in the middle, because if you are on the side it’s going to be harder to balance, and you just lift your knee up and you come down. You can also switch your legs in between if you want or you can just stay on one side. If you stay on one side you’re going to isolating more just one leg. So it might be better for you unless you are actually trying to get the balance movement. Then other things you can do when you are a little bit more advance, is you can use weights with it. So of course you bend down pick up the weights. And then again, you put it in the middle and then make you can pick up your knee and do a bicep curl, or maybe you can pick up your knee and press the weights over your shoulder. Um, the other thing you can do is make it a little bit more advanced by adding on to this. So maybe you pick your knee up you can come down, and then you can lunge behind you, and then again, put your foot back in the middle come back down and then you lunge behind you.
