Another great exercise that you can do a BOSU-ball to incorporate with your full body, those who workout, is a three meter repeater. So you're going to bring one foot on to the middle of the BOSU-ball. You're going to lift your knee three times; one, two, three. Then to make it more intense you can jump to the other side and do it again; one, two, three.
Jump to the other side; one, two, three; other side; one, two, three. This would be a great tool to put within a circuit to keep your heart rate going. It's not necessarily going to work that many muscles, but what you want to do is keep your heart rate up in a circuit using the BOSU, so this is one way you can do that.
