Great advanced upper body things you can do on the BOSU-ball is, using the platform side, you're going to bring your feet onto the ball in the middle, keeping your feet together. You can either do a regular push up, you can bring your hands in and do a tricep push up, and then even more challenging you can go down, down and up, up. Then if you're going to do one side you want to do the other side as well, so then you would go up, down. That would be really challenging exercises you can do on the BOSU-ball.
