Here's another killer combo workout you can do on the BOSU-ball. What you're going to do is flip the ball over, so you're using the platform side. Hands come down on the BOSU-ball or grip to the sides. You're going to do a push-up and then you're going to jump your legs to the side, back in the middle, do a jack and then again.
A push-up, jump to the side, middle, jack. Now if you want to make this even more intense, what you can do is you jump to the side, come here and when you jack, you push up at the same time. Then back up, to the side and then again, push up, jump to the side. That would be another killer combo workout you can do on the BOSU-ball.
