Hi, I'm Sifu Romain teaching you the drop stance. From here your gonna have your hands on your waist, your gonna turn your supporting foot out 45, then your gonna drop and let that other foot just slide out in front of you, like executing a low side kick. Now, really important to try to keep your back straight in this position. Look and lean towards your front foot. Turn this foot to 45 degree angle, out. Good. Then you can get a really nice stretch in this position. Is also a great position to attack, like I said the lower extremities as if you were dropping down and throwing a low side kick.
