Hi, I'm Karl Romain and this going to be a Shaolin long fist form. It's a very basic set, and Mr. Robinson will be demonstrating. Let's begin.

We start the form with hands up, from hands up to a standing horse position, low block, high block, hammers. Remember when you do hammers to step out into your horse stance.
