This is Hook Palm from Long Fist One Form the self defense application. The attack here will be for a front kick. So as your opponent steps in and kicks you're gonna step back. Notice how he gives him room, so he can pull him in here. As he pulls him in, he's gonna strike the groin. Lets try it again, nice and slow, please.
