So when you do your walks you want to make sure your hips are moving side to side and we keep it sexy and keep it slow. Here I'm going to walk around the chair and demonstrate. I'm going to start with my right leg. You can start with either leg. I am going to start with my right. Just going to walk nice and slow and you see how I'm pressing my hips out as I walk around the chair. So you want to keep it sexy. You want to keep it lose and it's like a press.
