So the first thing you learned was the knee spin and the second thing you
learned was the knee slide.
Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you how to combine both
these moves together if you want to do them in a free style session or if
you're battling one of your homeboys on the street or if you just want to
get into a routine, just for fun.
As I said, it's all lower body and it's all about ground moves. All right? So for
instance, say you want to pop in, you go into any knee, now it doesn't
necessarily have to be bugged but whatever you want to do to get to
the ground, all right?
You're rolling around, boom, drop, from there, twist, stop. If you want to
do it more than one spin, you can do two, go ahead and do it, go for it.
After that just drop that leg down and go right into it, just turn, turn,
turn, turn. All right?
Pin it all together. So you're on the street, you're battling your homeboy,
you're free styling coming out of choreo, boom, you drop, high, stop,
boom, right into it, high, knee and then go from there.
So put that into practice, show them what you've got, and we'll see you next
Yo, hit the track.
