How to Use Reality TV for Promotion

We thought reality TV was just a fad, but let's face it. It's not. It does basically fill up a lot of prime time television. So I think what we need to know about reality, especially now from ten years ago, is it's scripted. It's not necessarily completely real. It's real but it's more orchestrated and I think we need to embrace reality TV. I think that it's here and we need to use it to help promote our clients and products.
So, I have no problem sending the cast of "The Housewives" into a restaurant that I represent, or getting a brand featured on a reality TV show because let's face it. I mean, with the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" to the "Housewives" franchise, I mean, it's there. It's on TV and it's a way to reach all of America. It's a national platform that can get your brand or product out to a mass amount of people. The main thing you need to know about reality TV is it's not really reality.
