Juicing can be a great way to get a lot of nutrients quick and easy. I try and to at least on green juice a day. Green juice is what I consider the healthiest juice. A lot of people also of course use wheat grass witch is very good for your system very nutritious full of enzymes. When you're juicing, certainly the stems juice best, like broccoli, this is a kale stem. There is a lot more juice in this then in the green, but the green has more nutrients. So it's kind of a conundrum. So you want a little of both for sure, but you're going to get a lot more juice out of the stem. Broccoli stems are great for juicing, it's very sweet too, broccoli stems, believe it or not. Celery obviously has a lot of moister water in it, cucumber. Anything that has a lot of water is going to juice really well, so juicing very healthy for you and if you use those principles you're going to get a really good juice.
