Raw food and breakfast. A lot of people are confused. What can they eat for breakfast? Of course the most simple raw food thing you can do is a smoothie. You can either do a fruit smoothie or my favorite which is a green smoothie. What you need for that is any greens you like. We've got spinach, which we're going to add to about a half a cup of water. And then I've also got kale here, so I'm going to add some kale and then I'm going to add one banana, which is going to make it sweet and tasty. If you have spirulina you can add that. Kind of any greens that you want you can add to this. Excuse the noise. There we go. One tip you want to do when you're blending greens, you want to make sure it's really well blended so that it's creamy and you're not going to get any leaf in there. So make sure it's nice and smooth. You might want to add a little ice, that improves the flavor even still. And you get a nice, beautiful green smoothie that way. Believe it or not that's quite tasty. The banana really bumps up the flavor and it's a quick easy breakfast, and full of nutrients.
