Another great way to have a breakfast that's very satisfying is create a, what I call, sunflower scramble. You're basically going to soak sunflower seeds, and you're going to puree them either in a blender or a food processor. You're going to add seasoning, things like cumin powder, or, you're definitely going to want to add maybe salt and pepper, maybe coriander, some savory flavors. Definitely want to add turmeric, which is also very antioxidant spice. It's that yellow spice that you see in curry. And it's very nutritious for you and also makes it look more like eggs. That gives it that yellow. Then you're going to add in things like finely chopped red pepper and onion, just like you would like a scramble or an omelet. You add in those kind of vegetables. Maybe some avocado on top. It's a great scramble. It's easy. And it will last several days in the fridge so you can make enough for two or three days at a time. Very simple, only takes maybe 15 minutes to make. So that's another great breakfast.
