How to Make a Raw Burger for a Raw Food Diet

So some of the things we can have for lunch that are really satisfying and filling. First one is a burger. You can still have your burger. But this one is made with sunflower seeds, carroway seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, and then it's dehydrated. And it's very filling, very satisfying. Lots of flavor. And then we've got the regular accoutrements. We have a raw pickle, tomato, onion. We make a special sauce at Sun Cafe that's kind of like a mayo with pickles and seasoning in it just like a thousand island dressing. And this one happens to be on a buckwheat bun. But you can actually just use lettuce and it's still very satisfying. You can make it very simply out of sunflower seeds and make sure you put a lot of seasoning in there. Like I say carroway seeds work great. You obviously want salt. The sun dried tomatoes give a lot of flavor to it. You can also add even curry powder works great in a burger. So that's one thing to make for lunch.
