Another great thing you can make for lunch is chicken salad. What we're going to substitute for the chicken is sunflower seeds. And then we just add in seasoning and we make a mayo out of sunflower seeds as well. And the trick with sunflower mayo is, you're going to soak the seeds, blend it, add lemon. It's going to help make it taste like mayo. A little dried mustard seed also helps it give the feel of mayo. Then you're going to mix the two together and you get quite a convincing chicken salad, taste-wise. So you can put that on a cracker, either a flax seed cracker of buckwheat cracker, which we'll talk about in another video. But those are easy to dehydrate. Or you can just put it on lettuce and kind of make a lettuce taco out of the chicken salad is very good as well. So chicken salad is a great lunch item and easy to make. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes and you've got a great lunch.
