How to Make Zucchini Spaghetti for a Raw Food Diet

Okay. One real quick easy thing to make for dinner is spaghetti. Now we're not going to use traditional noodles. What we're going to use is zucchini.

Zucchini is amazingly like a pasta noodle. It's even white on the inside of zucchini. And the way we're going to make noodles out of it is we're going to use a spiralizer.

You can get that on Kitchen Shop or Amazon. And it's just this little tool. And the zucchini sits there. And there's a little tiny cutting mechanism. And as you spin the wheel the zucchini comes out into noodle form. And so now you've got your noodles.

And then the next thing you're going to do is make a marinara sauce. Marinara sauce is very easy to make raw. You're going to just use fresh tomatoes. You're going to use some sun dried tomatoes to give it even more depth and flavor.

You're going to add traditional spices and herbs, like basil and oregano, salt. Sometimes you want to add a little sweetener. So, a little bit of dates. And then you can puree that in there.

And you've got a great, fresh, super fresh marinara sauce. You'll be amazed at how much more flavor it even has than cooked marinara sauce.

And you just mix that with your noodles and you've got a quick, easy spaghetti. And so tasty and so quick. You're not going to spend much time in the kitchen, which is always a plus.

And it's just as flavorful as regular spaghetti.
