All right. We're here to do 1990s with Kick Live.
That's right. I'm going to help you guys out. Advance move, remember, this is advance move. I hope you guys have been practicing your handstands, especially on against the wall. I hope you've got balance. If you can, work on handstand pirouettes, going upside down and hand-standing, going from one side to the other.
All right. This is the next step. 1990s, we're going to spin. All right. So, I spin on my left hand, All right. If you spin on your right hand, you do everything I'm saying opposite. All right. Check it out.
I'm going to put my right hand down for balance. All right. First, my whole body, my legs are going to be open, a little discombobulated, whatever.
All right. As soon as I put my left hand down, I'm not putting it over here. I'm putting it right next to my right hand. All right. I'm putting it right here and I'm going for the spin. Once I go for the spin, my whole body comes together. All right. Or you could go into the bicycle position, which your legs are like this. You can do that. All right.
As soon as you put your hand down, all right, you're going to spin, but you want your, say, your head next to your arm like that. You don't want to be like this. It's harder to spin. Remember physics. The closer you are, the better. You don't want to bring your head to your hands because if you bring your head to your hands, your head's really heavy. You're going to tilt your body that way, so you want to center your head and bring your arms close to it. Bring your arms to it. All right. All right.
I'm going to put my right hand down. As soon as I put my right hand down, my right leg is going to kick back. My left leg is going to lift me up. It's going to lift me up to get into a one-handed handstand. Yes, a one-handed handstand. All right. All right. Do handstands. All right. One, two. Okay. That's a 1990, one full rotation.
As soon as you put the right hand down, go for the left. You go for the spin. Make sure your head goes outside. All right, so your spinning head goes outside, that way. All right. Do it again.
