7 Safety Tips for Volleyball

One, you want to wear sunscreen to protect yourself.

Two, you want to want to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun. You also want to take care of your nutrition. You want to drink water frequently and make sure that you eat enough, especially when you're playing in a tournament.

It's OK to wear a necklace if you'd like, but necklace such as this length is a little bit too long. It can come up and hit you in the face. When it comes to earrings, it's better to wear studs or nothing at all. You don't want to wear something dangly or hoops that can get caught. When you slap your partner's hand, it can hurt their hand or your fingers can swell.

When it comes to safety on the court, it's important to communicate with your partner to avoid any kind of collision. Also, when you're close to the net, when you're hitting or blocking, make sure to not get too close, or step under the net, because you can land on each others feet.

And that's basic safety for beach volleyball.
