How To Do An Inchworm Stretch for a Sexy Butt.

So, this stretch is not only great for the glutes and back of legs it is also a really good total body stretch, but it's really good to stretch out the back of your legs and your butt.

So, pretty much you're going to start off standing straight. You're going to keep the legs straight and you're going to bring you hands down to the mat or the floor and walk your body, your hands all the way out, until you get into a little further then a plank position right here.

Then you are going to take your feet and walk those feet all the way back up towards your hands here. So you are really getting that deep stretch in the back of the legs. And then you can continue walking out. So you continue, again, walking all the way out and then bringing those feet back in. So I'll show you again. This way.

Start standing out nice and tall, legs straight, walk those hands all the way out, and then bring those feet all the way into those hands. Getting that nice final stretch in the back of those legs. And that's how you do the inchworm stretch for a nice sexy butt.
