How to Do a Backward Lunge for a Sexy Butt

How to do a backwards lung for a sexy butt.

So you're going to start off standing with your feet together. Almost the same thing as a forward lunge, except you're stepping back. So you're going to take whichever leg you start off with, and you're going to step all the way back. Same way as a regular lunge, you have a little bit of space in between your legs. You're going to sit straight down in that lunge.

Make sure that your focus is digging through that front heel at all times. Always dig through that heel to really target that butt. You come all the way down in that lunge, almost drop that back knee to the floor, and then take it right back up. So again, just take it all the way down, and up.

Again, remember your shoulders are rolled back, your chest is up, your abs are tight. You sit straight down in that lunge. Try not to lean forward. Straight down, and up. So you can do, you know, ten on each side, and then ten on the other. Or you can alternate right and left. You can go, you know, do your right side, step forward, then step back just like this, alternating right and left.

Or you can burn out one glute and then the other by just doing ten on one side, and then ten on the other. So I'll show you this way. So you would step back, do your lunge, then take it right back to that starting position. Same thing all on one side, and then all on the other side. So that's how you do a backwards lunge for a sexy butt.
