How to do a curtsy lunge for a sexy butt. So it's a little different from the regular lunge. You're going to step your foot behind instead of straight back as in a traditional lunge. So start with one foot forward, you're going to take the back leg and take it all the way behind that front leg. It's going to feel a little awkward, but just for the sake of your sexy butt. So shoulders back, chest up, you come straight down in that lunge, you're going to really feel this throughout the back of the leg and the front, and that butt, also the inner thighs are going to work here, so all of that goodness is going on. And it comes straight down, and then up.

Same thing other side, you're going to take that leg all the way back, come straight down in that lunge and up. So I'll show you from this way, make sure you keep that leg forward, it's stable, all the way it stays in that heel. Always remember, keep the weight loaded in the heel. So you step the one leg behind, shift that weight all the way back so you sit straight down in that lunge, you're not leaning forward this way, because then you lose all of the power from your butt here. Sit back, and then push it up, sit back, and then push it on up.

So you can alternate from side to side, do right and left, or you can just stay on one side, do about ten on one side and then ten on the other side, it's up to you. If you want more of like that calorie burn, alternating from left to right, and picking up the pace a little bit, it's going to get that heart rate going a little bit more, and definitely going to be more of a little cardio exercise. So that's how you do the curtsy lunge for a sexy butt.
