How to do a Step Up with a Knee Raise for a sexy butt.

So, for your step up you're going to need a box, crate, something you can put all your weight on, even a stack of books. Whatever you find in your house that you can use. I'm going to use a crate right here.

So, when you step up, pretty simple. You just step up. Press, really make sure you press through your heel as you step onto that box.

And now, when you come up you're going to bring the opposite knee up into, up as high as you can. And then you step it right back down.

So, you can alternate legs or you can stay on one side then switch to the other. I'm going to start off just staying on my right side.

Step up. Drive that left knee all the way up as high as you can and then take it down. Step up, drive the knee up and down. Up, just like this.

And then you can switch to the other side, stepping up with that left leg and then driving that right knee up. Take it up. Just like this.

So again, the focus is really digging through that heel as you press up onto that box. So, you can also alternate stepping up with the right, bringing the left knee up and then the other side. Stepping up with the left, bring the right knee up.

Again the faster you go these the more you're going to get that heart pumping, calorie burning aspect. That calorie aspect. Again, you just really want to focus on stepping up with power through that heel so you really target the butt.
