How to Use a Fish Deboning Tool

So after you've filleted your fish and you want to get out the little pin bones, or any of those little pieces that my be up closer to the neck; those little bones that go into the fillet. They do sell little fish de-boning tools and stuff. But honestly, I just really a like needle nosed plier from any hardware store. They run a couple bucks, they're nice and long, and you can really get a good grip on em. They also got a nice little spring to em. You can also use tweezers and stuff, but these have much better teeth on em; much better grip. And all you really need to do is be able to do is get in there, get the tip of the, of the bone itself and be able to just pull them right out. Just go with with grain. Don't go against the grain, cause you can shred the fillet. So just go with it and be able to pull the bones out. And really, just some good old needle nosed.
