We're teaching and demonstrating a defense against Nelson, full nelson from the rear, using a throw.

He pulled, he grabbed and pushed. All I'm going to do is I'm going to grab, get low, lock him in place, put my head down and my butt up. Once he's on me, I'm going to move directly forward, with my head, towards, sorry. My body directly forward and my head metaphorically around my foot, trying to get him on his back underneath me. Once he's moving forward, I'm going to turn and make a bridge on top of him. So, no pieces of me are contacting with the floor. I'm still going to hold him tight from here.

I'm going to strike the groin a couple of times. Strike him in the face the entire time. All my weight is on him. I'm even going to use his face, if I need, to climb up to the air, continue to punch, strike with the foot and make a separation. Thank you.

Let's do it a couple of times slow. Remember, he's going to grab you and you're going to get the push with your foot. So once you get the push, keep your hands down, completely, take your head down, lift and drop your head down. One, wrap your hands, drop, push your behind to the ceiling, head down. One more time. Don't forget, you have to wrap him. And one and lift. Again. One and lift. Once you do that, continue to move forward. Face, or we should say turn your right foot over for now, just for now, for safety purposes. You can put that right knee on the floor and right away, go into your shoulder blades right over there. Again.

And one, you went down and you lifted. Make sure you're holding his head. From here, you're moving forward and down. Up. Again. And one, you went down. Lift, and go forward.

Let's try to do it a couple of times slow. So, please. One person over there. I do want to mention one thing before we go. It is important that the guy that's grabbing you would not be allowed to cross his fingers or even put one hand on top of the other. Therefore, it's important that you're going to keep your hands tight to your body so that you can get a full grip.

Slow. Very good. The separation should be away from the head, not towards the legs. One more time, just a little faster. Let's do it one more time with these feet. One more time with these feet. And let's do it one time, full-speed, full-out. Attacker, come quick. Good job. Thank you.
