The next trick we're doing today is called The Grind. With this trick, you have to have a really, really long sleeper, so you've got to throw it fairly hard. And with the grind, you basically have the yo-yo grind on your skin, basically either left or right hand.
And there's different variations you could do with the grind. This is the basic one.
You could grind with your left hand.
Utilize both hands. Grind up with your arm.
Grind on your thumb, like so.
To do the grind, there's a lot of factors that help with the grind. Basically, you got to have really smooth skin. Basically it helps if you're ashy. If you're sweaty, it's going to grab the Yoyo and not grind as well. And it just rolls right off. But if you get sweaty, like something that dries your hands like baby powder helps out a lot. And that's The Grind.
