Making sure you're turning your fist the whole time. Turn, turn, turn and right from there, what's going to happen now, so we can build some endurance and flexibility little by little, put your hands behind your head. And you're going to now with your knees pointing out, toes out, deep squat. We're trying to stretch out and warm up, little by little.
The next exercise is going to be more for our core, to get used to our knees. Basically, you're going to stand with your feet together. You're going to bring your knee up and touch your knee with the opposite elbow. All right, next one up. You're going to lunge back and kick up and switch. Lunge back and kick up. You're going to do it one more time, back to back. And those are some basic kickboxing drills.
