All right, guys. Now I'm going to talk about the benefits of kickboxing. The first major benefit you get behind it, is flexibility. Constantly you're lifting your legs up, kicking forward, stretching out your hamstrings, stretching out your abductors. It's going to help you live life better, just because now when you're tying your sneaker, things like that, things aren't as tight any more.

Next thing up is the balance. Constantly having one leg in the air, obviously balance is going to be an issue, so you're going to have to train it all the time. That's something most people kind of lack in their fitness routine, and which kickboxing is able to provide, and obviously, endurance. Punching for three minutes, kicking, kneeing, elbowing that's a very long time.

Your endurance will come up. It's just going to get better over time and you're going to realize that you have to do endurance exercises, before you even kick box, so you can be better at it. Other benefits you have as well, besides the balance and the flexibility, is the self-defense aspect of it. We don't promote kickboxing for violence, but you never know when you're in an altercation, and you may have to defend yourself.

But regardless it's there, it's not our main purpose. It's mainly for fitness, feeling better about yourself, working on your balance, your stability, your coordination, your endurance. However, that defense, being able to defend yourself, at least makes you feel comfortable late at night. And those are just some of the benefits of kickboxing.
