How to Take Care of Your Feet with Dr. John P. Fritz
Transcript
Hi. My name is Dr. John Fritz. I am a podiatrist. I practice in New Jersey. I've been practicing now for over 20 years. I maintain offices in Livingston, New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey, Ewing, New Jersey, and Bordentown, New Jersey.
I went to school at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, where I graduated magna cum laude. I did my surgical residency at East Orange General Hospital in East Orange, New Jersey.
I am board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. I am a fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. I am a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.
I am especially interested in working with athletes. I am also quite interested in the management of chronic heel pain.
I got into podiatry because my father was injured in an industrial accident when I was in high school, and I became very interested in the foot and ankle as a result.
My uncle was an orthopedist surgeon, and he also pushed me into becoming a podiatrist.
The best advice that I give my patients is to really take care of their feet because they have to last a lifetime.
