All right, guys. I'm going show how to do a rolling toe hold from half guard, while in an MMA fight. I'm in my partner or my opponents half guard. Now remember the purpose of fighting is to do damage, so any position I'm in, I'm looking to do damage. I'm hammer-fisting. I'm giving him left hook hands here. I do not want to hit him with the right hand. I do not want to come across.

I want to keep control of his leg here. So I'm going to only use my left hand to cause damage. From here I'm going to reach over and grab his toes, grab his foot like a hamburger and I'm going to reach around and I'm going to roll at the same time. This leg, my left leg is going to stay where it is.

I'm going to use my right leg that's in his half guard to kick him over. So I'm punching him and I'm going to roll. Triangle my legs, bring his foot to me and then I'm going to turn, causing the ankle and the foot to break. That's a rolling toe hold.
