All right, guys. So now we're going to go over the leg knot. The leg knot is a controlled position, so I'll just be showing how to control the posture and the legs of your opponent in the leg knot.
So we're going to start from inside the guard.
Now a lot of times guys' guards always close when I'm inside, until I start doing damage. Yeah, then the guard opens. The guard opens, I'm going to fall back, so I can do a leg lock and do this hard. I want you to wipe with this leg. Windshield wiper, come over. This is what we call position one. There's a couple of things I could do.
I could grab this foot here to keep him from posting or I can push on the calf. When I push on the calf, his reaction is going to be to lift that leg up and over. When he does I'm going to hook it with my right leg. From there, I'm going to grab it and I'm going to roll this way, come underneath and roll back. So now I have my ankles crossed and I have them secured here.
There's not much he can do. He can't really move from here. Squeeze tight, if he wants to attack, just keep squeezing his legs together. From here I can get into my ankle locks, my toe holds, my heel hocks. If his hand's up, I can get in to compressions. There are a lot of cool moves we can do from here. That is a leg knot.
