All right, guys. I'm going to show you how to do a inverted heel hook. I'm not going to give you a setup for it. There are many different ways to get into it. I'm just going to show you how it's done. So I'm going to have the low side outside, outside of my body, the low side. I'm going to reach like I do a regular heel hook. Everything is really the same.
The only difference is the angle of this heel. I'm going to pull it towards myself and I'm going to rotate my body that way. I'm going to be very careful, because it's a very strong and painful move. The inverted heel hook is great in transitions, especially when people are pushing their legs across when you find yourself in a funky position or in a 50-50. That's an ideal time to go for an inverted heel hook.
