All right, guys. Now this is one of my favorite moves. This is calf crush from turtle. All right, probably my all-time favorite leg lock. So I'm here outside. I like to control his wrist here, and I'm punching him and I'm punching him and I'm punching him, so he's not thinking. He's trying to cover up here, so he's going to leave space between his elbow and his knee. Then I'm going to take this knee and slide as far as I can to try to get my foot here. So this is what it's going to look like from the back.

See, I'm sitting on this leg. And from here what I'm going to do, I'm going to reach and I'm going to roll over my shoulder. All right, guys. So when we get here I triangle my legs right away to secure the position. Now some of the most common mistakes are people pull here with two hands. If I pull with two hands, I'm going to reach up and grab my arm.

He's going to pull. He's going to triangle his legs and he's going to arm roll me right here. So what I'm going to do is when I'm here, I'm going to roll all the way through like we're naked and I'm going to gable grip my hands here. Now he cannot arm bar me. Also, what I'm going to do is I'm going to un-triangle my feet and go foot to foot, so I can push and pull down, and that's calf crush from turtle.
