All right, guys. Now I'm going to show you how to turn this from heel hook a toe hold and I'm going show you two variations of the toe holds. So we're going start. We're going to get straight to the position. So I did everything I had to do get to the position one. I had the ankle lock first, I got it like I should. I'm going to the heel hook. I can't get it for whatever reason.

From here, now what I want to do is, I'm going to push his foot away and believe it or not pushing it at the toe is enough to get that submission. Now if he is a bigger guy or he's stubborn and doesn't want to tap, from here what I'm going to do is, I'm going to turn my butt to the left. I'm gonna shrimp this way and sit up and from here I'm going to figure four my hands, and I'm going to finish. Let me turn, so you guys can see it.

So I'm here in position one. Go for the toe, I mean for the heel hook. I can't get it for whatever reason. Pushing away here, and effectively get the tap, shrimp, figure four. His big toe towards his butt. That's how you transition from a heel hook to a toe hold and the two different variations of the toe holds I've given you.
