So now I'm going to show you a variation on the sushi roll.
This is just a different roll.
And we're going to take your square. You're going to angle it like a diamond. You are going to fold it over.
You're going to fold it over, from the long end to the top.
And then when you start to roll it, you're going to take about two inches, and you're going to peak it up, so a little tiny, I would think, shrimp tail or something is sticking out here.
You're going to start to roll from one end to the other. And again you're going to end on a nice little pocket, to tuck that edge into.
And there you have a variation on another sushi roll.
