So now we're going to speak about how to do a toe-stomp.

Very important thing is that you can use that as a target itself, meaning that I'm going to just hit her, and that's it, or I can use it as part of a technique. So, where can I use that? It's very useful if someone grabs you. You do that, you stomp, you stomp again. As you can see, the part of the foot that you're going to hit with is your heel, very important, not with your toes, not with the ball of your foot, but with your heel. Nice stomp, is like a big step. It's like hitting with your body. And use your heel. You can use it when someone confronts you, literally, or when someone is behind. So, that is as a real target, like, "I'm going to target that point, I'm going to stomp on your foot."

But I can also use that as a middle step to another technique. So, let's say that we are fighting and all of a sudden I knee her leg and then I stomp. What happens is she's going to lose her balance, I'm going to take advantage of that. So, if she falls, I'm going to keep my foot there. And when she falls, she's probably going to break her ankle. Because my body is right there.

So, those are two ways that you can execute the toe stomp.
