Okay. I want to give you three basic and very useful tips in self defense. First is keep it calm. A lot of people fall for the fear and that's the worst that you can do, because basically you are going to make a lot of mistakes. You are going to hit really hard. You are not going to hit. You are going to do crazy things. The first thing, remember, always, always keep it calm. Keep your breathing. Keep your breathing. If one person is yelling, it doesn't mean that you have to go there. If you have 20 people yelling at you, you don't have to fall for that. You just keep it calm.

The second thing is, keep it simple. Very important, don't try to do many elaborate things. It's not going work in the real world. Probably you are going to hit once or twice and that's it, so go for the easy targets. Try to go for the nose, something that you can just strike straight and then just move on. Or go for the throat, or go for the groin. That's very useful too, because you can make sure that people is not going to walk or run after you. So keep it simple. Simple targets. That's the second tip.

The third tip is get out of the situation as quickly as possible. You don't want to stay there. Why? Because it's not only that you are going to hurt yourself, it's the longer you stay there, the more possibilities are that you are going to hurt the other person more, and it's going to be badly. You have to remember that it's not only about yourself, it's about the other person too. You don't want to face legal consequences.

So those are the my three tips.
