I'm going to tell you guys how to do a double full twist. First, you need to find yourself an area where you're comfortable doing it, whether it be a floor exercise, a floor exercise into a pit, a trampoline, or a tumble track. I'm going to explain to you guys how to do it on a tumble track, because it's very safe and easy to learn there and easy to perform without hurting yourself.
So first you have to do a nice powerful run, a very high hurdle, a really nice round off, back handspring, a nice set and a really tight twisting position. That tight twisting position will allow you to complete two full 360 twists, and land on your feet safely on a nice, soft surface. If you're a beginner trying to do a double full twist, make sure that you can do a really nice high layout along with a full twist, a one and a half twist.
Once you can do that, you can do a one and a half twist jump half. It's really easy to learn it in the pit. One tip that I think is really important when doing a double full twist is to get a nice high set, and when you wrap, keep your head neutral. Don't stick your head out, because once you stick your head out, your twisting is going to slow down and you won't be able to complete the double full twist. So stay really tight, be really confident and keep your head in, when you do your twist. That is how you do a double full twist.
